Industrial and business park photography
Interior and exterior building photography
A few examples from a large set of photos of a new industrial park. Images were taken for the architects and developer.
Photography for new commercial property
The photographs for this project were taken on behalf of the designing architects and are used by them and the developer for promotional purposes.
The park had been recently completed and was, at the time of the shoot, part occupied with other units nearing completion and ready for their new occupiers. The park had a mixture of office, warehousing, showroom and manufacturing space and each were fitted out to meet the needs of the tenant.
Our brief was to provide photographs that showed not just the deign and form of the buildings but also their function and flexibility and how easily the basic design could be adapted to suit individual organisation’s needs.
Photographing on a clear day with a bright blue sky shows the crisp outlines of the buildings and the curved shape, used to soften the design. Reflected light shows the cladding and finish clearly and effectively.
Wide angle lens show the full elevation of the units while tilt/shift technology preserves the verticals perfectly. We have used multi-shot stitched images for the capture of difficult spaces such as staircases, which otherwise are awkward and sometimes impossible to record.
